I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this top for the price. The first thing I noticed was that it’s fully lined, which makes a huge difference. I don’t have to worry about it being see-through or showing bra lines underneath. I also appreciate that the lining can help prevent white fabric from yellowing from sweat over time, especially since I chose the white color.

The satin fabric itself is also really nice. It has a good thickness and structure—not too thin or overly shiny—and the stitching and overall construction feel very well made. Honestly, the quality reminds me of tops from department store brands.

That said, the sizing disappointed me a little, even though I followed both the size chart and my usual size. On me, the neckline ended up looking a bit lower and deeper than expected, and the body fit more loosely than I wanted to comfortably wear it on its own without layering. Still, I can see this working well for people who prefer a looser fit, lower neckline, or have a fuller figure. Since the fabric doesn’t stretch, though, sizing can definitely affect comfort when putting it on or taking it off. I’d suggest paying attention to the upper end of the size range because this top seems to run slightly large.

I also noticed some reviewers mentioning that the front and back look too similar, but there’s actually an easy way to tell them apart. The front has angled bust darts on both sides, which is standard in women’s tops.

Even though the fit is a little roomy on me, I’m still really happy with it overall. It’s a great V-neck satin top to wear under blazers or cardigans, and it adds a polished, dressy, and elegant touch to an outfit.

I’m 5'6" and 220 lb, and this tank was a perfect fit — true to size with just the right amount of drape without clinging. I like this product so much I’m already planning to grab more in different colors. The best part is the front is fully lined down to just below the bust, so you get coverage and support without that bulky extra layer of fabric all over. It stays smooth under blazers for work but looks just as good solo, and the silk satin has a nice weight that doesn’t wrinkle easily. Dressy enough for the office, comfortable enough for summer evenings.

This satin tank is perfect for work or pairing with jeans for an evening out! It also has a lining that functions essentially as a camisole, so there is an additional layer that provides warmth and/or chest protection if you don’t want the office knowing how cold you are . (The pictures show how far down it comes.) Admittedly, this is the first time I’ve seen anything like this, but I think it works, because it also keeps the outside lines of the blouse smooth and shouldn’t show any chest or back sweat marks.

Like another reviewer, I was a bit confused as to front and back, because the necklines are the same, and the care tag is on a side seam. I honestly don’t think it matters. But to those who care, I wore it with the label on my left side – which I believe is generally considered the industry standard. This brand, like others I’ve seen, includes the product tag on a string that you can easily cut off without worrying about damaging the item.

As far as sizing goes, I was pretty much within the medium, but I definitely would have been fine with a small, especially with the liner. So you might consider going down a size if you would like a more fitted look.

You can’t beat this price point, and with all the colors that are offered (I counted 11), there should be at least one that will suit anybody’s skin tone.

Care instructions are easy: machine wash cold, gentle and tumble dry low.

This is the second item I have ordered from Cicy Bell, and I continue to be very pleased with their products. I would certainly order again.
