Shipping Policy

At Cicybell, we are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Please review our shipping methods, costs, and timelines below.

Order Processing

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed starting the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

  • Weekend & Holidays: Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US public holidays.

Shipping Logistics

To ensure reliable and fast delivery, we partner with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service. While you are purchasing directly from Cicybell, your package may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. Cicybell handles all aspects of your order, including customer service and returns.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs. Transit time is calculated from the day the order is shipped.

For Orders $99.00 and Above:

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days): FREE

  • Expedited Shipping (3-4 Business Days): $7.99

For Orders Below $99.00:

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days): $9.99

  • Expedited Shipping (3-4 Business Days): $14.99

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local state laws.

  • PO Boxes: Please note that Expedited Shipping may not be available for PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Issues with Delivery

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Service@cicybell.com.

Since we manage the fulfillment, please do not contact the carrier or Amazon directly. We will work with our logistics team to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund in accordance with our policies.
