We want checkout to be simple and secure for our U.S. customers. You can pay in USD using one of the fast checkout options listed below or any major credit/debit card.

How Each Option Works (quick guide)

PayPal: Choose PayPal at checkout, sign in, confirm the amount, and return to our order confirmation page. No need to enter card details on our site.

Google Pay: On Android or Chrome, click Google Pay, choose a saved card, and confirm. Billing and shipping details are usually filled automatically.

Apple Pay: In Safari, click Apple Pay and authenticate with Face/Touch ID or your device passcode. Fast and secure on Apple devices.

Card Payments: Enter card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. For extra security you may be asked to complete 3-D Secure verification (e.g., Verified by Visa).

 

Security & Privacy

  • HTTPS / SSL: All checkout pages use HTTPS encryption to protect your payment details.

  • PCI & Trusted Processors: We partner with trusted payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.) that handle sensitive card data and comply with PCI requirements.

  • We don’t store full card numbers: For your safety, full card numbers are never stored on our servers.

  • Fraud prevention: We use automated fraud detection plus manual review when needed. If we need more info about an order, we’ll contact you via the email or phone on your order — never provide payment details outside the secure checkout.

Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds: Refunds are returned to the original payment method (e.g., the card or PayPal account used). Processing times vary by provider and bank — typically 3–10 business days.

  • Order cancellations: If you need to cancel before shipping, contact our support team immediately. We’ll confirm cancellation and process any refund.

  • Chargebacks & disputes: If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it before disputing with your bank.

  • If a card is declined: confirm CVV, expiration date, billing address, available balance, and any security locks the issuer may have placed.

  • Try switching payment method: if a bank declines the card, use PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

  • For foreign cards: verify your issuer allows online, international transactions. Some issuers block e-commerce by default for security.
